New Delhi. Realty major DLF Ltd will launch projects worth Rs 19,710 crore by March next year. The company has set a target of achieving sales bookings of around Rs 12,000 crore in the current financial year driven by strong housing demand. DLF on Friday reported that its sales bookings doubled to a record Rs 15,058 crore in the last fiscal from Rs 7,273 crore in 2021-22.

The company earned Rs 8,000 crore from its housing project ‘The Arbor’. The project was launched in Gurugram during the March quarter. DLF CEO Ashok Tyagi said during an investor interaction on Saturday, “Sales for FY 2022-23 should realistically be in the range of Rs 10,000-11,000 crore… In FY 2023-24, we are looking for Rs 11,000-12,000 crore.” Sales are estimated.”

Buoyed by the record sales booking in the last financial year, DLF is all set to launch projects worth Rs 19,710 crore in 1.12 crore sq ft area for the financial year 2023-24. Most of the projects coming up this fiscal will be in the residential segment in Delhi-NCR and Chennai.
