New Delhi. Realty major DLF Ltd plans to launch an expensive residential project in Gurugram next month with an estimated sales revenue of around Rs 7,500 crore. DLF Group Executive Director and Chief Business Officer Akash Ohri told ‘PTI-Bhasha’ that the company plans to build around 1,100 apartments in this residential project. “We are planning to launch an expensive residential project in Gurugram’s Sector-63 next month. “Demand for real estate across various price points is very strong, especially for products from credible developers,” Ohri said. DLF’s sales bookings grew by 45 per cent during the April-December period of the current fiscal to Rs6,599 crore. and annual sales are estimated to be Rs.8,000 crore. The figure was Rs 4,544 crore in the same period last year. Ohri said, “Demand is very strong. People have both the will and the money to buy into real estate. Customers want their money to be safe. Hence they are investing in projects of trusted real estate developers like us.
