The Donkey: Drop 4 gives audiences the much-awaited glimpse of the most heart-touching film of the year. Created by renowned story writer and director Rajkumar Hirani, the film stars the much-loved Shah Rukh Khan, who will be part of a stellar cast including Taapsee Pannu, Boman Irani, Vicky Kaushal, Vikram Kochhar and Anil Grover. The trailer ends with a montage of an older version of Hardy racing on a racing track. This is a story that he started and he will also finish it. We’ll have to wait until December 21st to see if Hardy keeps his promise.

This video offers a glimpse into the lovely world of Rajkumar Hirani. The opening with Shahrukh on the train sets the tone for the excitement to come. During a recent Ask SRK session, the actor was asked how much he knew about the entire concept and what attracted him to choose this project. Shahrukh said he knew hardly anything about it, adding, “Hardly anything in fact. Raju and Abhijat brought it to my knowledge. Knowing about it and portraying parts of it as fascinating…dangerous And it’s a tremendous experience.” I

Directed by Rajkumar Hirani and produced by SRK and Gauri Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment, Dunky is scheduled to release on December 21. This is SRK’s first project with Rajkumar Hirani. Apart from Shahrukh Khan and Taapsee Pannu, the film also stars Boman Irani and Vicky Kaushal.
