Rani Kamlapati-Jabalpur Vande Bharat Express
Madhya Pradesh has got the gift of two Vande Bharat trains simultaneously. The Rani Kamlapati-Jabalpur Vande Bharat Express will connect Mahakaushal area of Madhya Pradesh with capital Bhopal. It will pass through many tourist places of the state. These include Bhedaghat, Panchmarhi and Satpura. These places will benefit from improving connectivity. This train will take half an hour less time than the trains currently running on this route. It will complete the journey of 337 km in four hours 35 minutes. It will leave Bhopal at 9.25 am and reach Jabalpur at 2 pm. In return, it will leave Jabalpur at 2.30 pm and reach Bhopal at 7.10 am. Its chair car fare will be Rs.1055.
Khajuraho-Bhopal-Indore Vande Bharat Express
Similarly, Khajuraho-Bhopal-Indore Vande Bharat Express will connect Malwa and Bundelkhand of the state with Bhopal. This will benefit commuters going to Mahakaleshwar, Mandu, Maheshwar, Khajuraho and Panna. It will reach two and a half hours faster than the trains currently running on this route. It will leave Indore at 6.30 am and reach Bhopal at 9.35 am. It will depart from Bhopal at 7.25 pm and reach Indore at 10.31 pm. Its AC chair car ticket will be Rs 950.
Madgaon-Mumbai Vande Bharat Express
The Madgaon-Mumbai Vande Bharat Express will run between Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus in Mumbai and Madgaon station in Goa. It will take an hour less than the trains currently running on this route. It will complete the journey of 586 km in eight hours. It will leave Mumbai at 5.25 am and reach Madgaon at 1.15 am. In return it will leave Goa at 2.35 pm and reach Mumbai at 10.25 pm. It is believed that its ticket can be of 1400 rupees.
Dharwad – Bengaluru Vande Bharat Express
The Dharwad-Bengaluru Vande Bharat Express will connect Dharwad, Hubballi and Davangere in Karnataka to capital Bengaluru. This will benefit the students and businessmen of that area. This train will take half an hour less time than the existing trains running on this route. This is the second Vande Bharat train from Karnataka. It will leave Bengaluru at 5.45 am and reach Dharwad at 12.10 am. In return it will leave Dharwad at 1.15 am and reach Dharwad at 7.45 am. It will not ply on Tuesdays and will cover a distance of 489 kms in 6.30 hours. In this, the fare for executive car from Bangalore to Dharwad will be Rs.2010 and for chair car will be Rs.1165.
