This budget will not only help the country to maintain its economy in the third place among the developed countries but also globally, maintain the growth rate at 7 percent and next year India will be able to grow at a faster pace. Certainly, this budget modeled on Saptarshi will become a means of strengthening India’s economic foundation in the 25 years leading up to the centenary of independence.

With a view to building a strong and developed India, making it the world’s economic superpower and bringing the economy back on track, the general budget presented by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman in the Lok Sabha on Wednesday is particularly remarkable because the Modi government has decided to change the country’s economic future. Apart from this, the number of income tax slabs has also been reduced to 5.
Efforts have also been made to strengthen the economic status of women and encourage savings by launching Mahila Bachat Samman Yojana in the budget. Under this, an annual interest of 7.5 percent will be available. Shri Anna Yojana has been launched for the farmers, under this the production of coarse grains will be promoted. Under this, farmers will be encouraged to produce millets like bajra, jowar, ragi. Apart from this, Millets Institute will also be established in Hyderabad. Rs 2.4 lakh crore has been allocated for the Railways in the budget, due to which India’s Railways will get strength and a new advanced look. On the other hand, an amount of Rs 10,000 crore will be released every year for urban infrastructure. The foundation laid by Narendra Modi in the last few years to strengthen the economy, now is the time to build a strong building on it. Under Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana, Rs 2 lakh crore is being borne by the central government. The supply of free food grains to the poor under the Antyodaya scheme has been extended for one year. Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana 4.0 will be launched. 30 Skill India National Sectors will be opened to skill the youth for international opportunities.

38,000 teachers and support staff will be recruited in the next 3 years for 740 Eklavya Model Residential Schools. 50 tourist places will be developed in the country for domestic and international tourists. They will be developed on a competitive basis. The Modi government has got even the poor beaten up. The budget of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana has been increased by 66 percent to Rs 79 thousand crore. The government’s economic agenda is focused on facilitating opportunities for citizens, accelerating growth and job creation, and strengthening macroeconomic stability. Agriculture credit target has been increased to Rs 20 lakh crore with focus on animal husbandry, dairy and fisheries. The announcement of setting up a national digital library for children and adolescents is also commendable, while, with a view to give priority to start-ups related to agriculture, provisions have also been made in the budget, under which young entrepreneurs will encourage agri-startups. Agriculture Accelerator Fund will be established. Attention has also been given in the budget for the upliftment of the tribal community. This budget will prove to be a milestone in terms of upgrading India’s economy and shaping expectations. Through this, all-round and balanced development of all sections of the society will be ensured. The map of the country’s economy that has come out from this is going to give hope in this sense. But this time the budget has given a sigh of relief with a new tradition in the deteriorating economy, and has also expressed the resolve to build a new India – a strong India. In this budget, along with the development of agriculture, education, health, skill development, development of railways, roads and other infrastructure sectors, more attention has been given to farmers, villages and the poor. The truth is that unless there is ground development, the pace of economic development will not be ensured. Everyone had high expectations from this budget and this budget has lived up to those expectations. Especially the employed people have heaved a sigh of relief. This time the curiosity about the general budget was more because this budget has been presented in the midst of continuous attacks from the neighboring countries, sluggish business, employment and enterprise conditions. Probably, this budget can be called a public welfare budget in the direction of building a new India. This budget also reveals the directions for establishing financial discipline. The general budget is not only going to fulfill the dreams of the common man, shape the aspirations of the common people and fulfill the hopes of the countrymen, but it is also an important and far-reaching step taken towards making the country a prosperous and powerful nation. In all the provisions and proposals of the budget, where the resolve of ‘Har Hath ko Kaam’ is being realized, the effect of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas’ is also clearly visible. This budget presented in the nectar period of independence is definitely nectar budget. In which the overall and multifaceted development of India for the next 25 years has been kept in mind.

As expected, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has kept the focus of the budget on farmers, health, education, urban development, employment, youth’s expectations, development and rural areas. In its structure, it is the budget of the whole country, an ideal budget. Its main emphasis is on social development. Even in this difficult time, the Modi government’s focus is on serving the interests of the farmers, increasing the pace of development and helping the common people by promoting coarse grains. Often politics, vote politics and efforts to enhance the image of oneself and one’s government are seen more in the budget, but this time the budget is not politically motivated despite assembly elections being held in nine states this year. The new directions which have been unveiled in this budget and the indication given for balanced development, eradication of corruption, financial discipline and transparent governance, the government will have to work hard to get favorable results in these areas.
