New Delhi (Uttam Hindu News): Congress MP and former Union Minister Manish Tewari on Sunday expressed disappointment over repeated delays in IndiGo flights. Tiwari, who had flown on three IndiGo flights last week, mentioned the delay of more than one and a half hour in flight number 6E2159 from Chandigarh to Delhi on Sunday. Tiwari also recently faced a delay of more than two and a half hours in IndiGo flight 6E1855 from Delhi to Chandigarh.
Tiwari wrote on Twitter, “This is the third IndiGo flight I am taking this week which is delayed by more than 90 minutes. This time it is 6E2159 from Chandigarh to Delhi. “Earlier on one occasion, IndiGo flight 6E1855 from Delhi to Chandigarh was delayed by more than two and a half hours.” He said, “The only reason I traveled by IndiGo was that it came on time. Otherwise it is better not to say anything about his services.”
Comedian Kapil Sharma also expressed his disappointment over the significant delay of IndiGo flight 6E5149 in a social media post on November 29. He wrote on Twitter, “Dear Indigo6e, first you made us wait for 50 minutes in the bus and now your team is saying that the pilot is stuck in traffic, what? Really?” He added, “We were supposed to take off by 8 pm, and it’s 9:20 already; Still, there is no pilot in the cockpit. Do you think these 180 passengers will fly with IndiGo again? Never.”
