In such a situation, this G-20 conference started with a strong fear of failure and India used its influence to persuade the European countries under the leadership of America on one side and also prepared Russia on the other side. The wording of the Delhi Declaration was changed and ultimately it was unanimously accepted by all the G-20 countries. Later many countries believed that all this was possible only because of India’s successful diplomacy and the personal influence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. But this conference in Delhi was not only important in this respect, but by successfully organizing G-20, India also exposed China’s devious strategy from Arabia to Africa. It can also be understood that in its eagerness, China itself brought its feelings before the world that it would support the process of establishing peace in the world, elimination of terrorism, territorial integrity, independence of countries, development of African poor countries and India has a thinking regarding the development of means of transport in which it benefits only itself and hence this conference in Delhi will also be remembered for the fact that India has isolated even a powerful country like China on the diplomatic front. Due to India’s initiative and personal efforts of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the G-20 was expanded in the Delhi meeting to include the African Union as the 21st permanent member. At the very beginning of the meeting, PM Modi proposed to the member countries to include the African Union, the major block of the Global South, in the G-20, which was accepted by all the leaders. African countries welcomed this decision and also thanked India. The African Union includes 55 countries in Africa and the total population of these countries is more than 1.3 billion and the total GDP of all these 55 African countries is 2.99 trillion dollars. However, it is also a bitter truth that China has trapped many of these countries in the debt trap in the same way as China has trapped Sri Lanka and other countries. In such a situation, India has shown a new path of hope by including the organization of these countries in G-20, while on the other hand, by stepping away from the G-20 conference, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has announced India-Middle East-Europe Economic Corridor and has given China a And gave a big political blow. In this ambitious project, India has included United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, France, Italy and Germany along with America and European Union and decided that this project should be 100 percent successful and like China’s Belt and Road Project, only small and It should not remain a symbol of exploitation of weaker countries.
