Godrej Properties Q1 net profit triples to Rs 125 crore

Godrej Properties on Wednesday reported that its total income rose to Rs 1,265.98 crore in April-June 2023-24 from Rs 426.40 in the same period last year.

The integrated net profit of Godrej Properties, the real estate company of Godrej Group, for the first quarter (April-June) of the current financial year 2023-24 has almost tripled to Rs 124.94 crore. The profit of the company has increased due to increase in income. The company’s net profit in the corresponding period of the previous financial year was Rs 45.55 crore.
Godrej Properties on Wednesday reported that its total income rose to Rs 1,265.98 crore in April-June 2023-24 from Rs 426.40 in the same period last year. Godrej Properties, a part of the Godrej Group, is one of the leading real estate companies in the country.
