In the international markets, gold spot on Comex (commodity market) was trading at $ 2,021 an ounce, which is one dollar less than the previous closing price. Whereas silver was increasing at $ 22.82 an ounce. Gandhi said gold prices fell marginally due to strengthening of the dollar and US bond yields ahead of US consumer inflation data.
