The apps on which the company has taken action were used to give loans to the users. Let us tell you that in the last few days, many cases of fraud and cheating have come to light in the name of providing easy loans. To prevent such fraud, Google is keeping an eye on those apps which work to provide financial benefits to Jio customers. There is also an allegation against the apps on which action has been taken that during the installation of the app, they also obtained information about the users which was not required.

Among the 17 apps that have been removed from the Play Store by Google, there is also an allegation that they were charging more interest than the prescribed norms after giving the loan.
