GPT Healthcare IPO will open on 22 February

Ahmedabad: The initial public offering (IPO) of GPT Healthcare Limited will open on February 22.
Eastern India-focused GPT Healthcare, which operates and manages medium-sized multispecialty hospitals under the ILS Hospitals brand, is seeking equity at face value of Rs 10 for its first initial public offering, the company said in a statement issued here on Tuesday. The price band of the share has been fixed at Rs 177 to Rs 186. The company’s initial public offering will open for investment on Thursday, February 22 and will close on Monday, February 26. Investors can bid for a minimum of 80 equity shares and in multiples of 80 equity shares thereafter.
The issue comprises a fresh issue of equity shares worth Rs 40 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 2.608 crore equity shares to be sold by investor shareholders. As per the DRHP, the proceeds from the fresh issue to the extent of Rs 30 crore will be used for prepayment or re-payment of a part of all or some of the outstanding borrowings availed by the company other than for general corporate purposes.
