HCL Investments UK, a wholly-owned subsidiary of HCL Technologies, has agreed to sell its entire 49 per cent stake in the joint venture with US company State Street International.
HCL Technologies informed this to the stock market on Tuesday. The subsidiary is expected to get an amount of $ 172.5 million from the sale of its stake in the joint venture. This deal became effective on April 1, 2024.
