Aparajita flower tea- Tea from this flower works great for reducing cortisol and improving insulin sensitivity. Therefore, definitely include it in your diet.

Papayas- This fruit contains calcium, phosphorus, potassium, iron and vitamins C, E and A. Hence it is great for managing sugar levels.

Bell- Both the bael fruit and its leaves work beautifully in improving your metabolism and keeping your sugar levels under control.

Moringa- It is a super food that works wonders in reducing insulin resistance, aiding weight loss and providing you with optimal nutrition. It can be included in your food. Consume 1 teaspoon of powder per day.

Fenugreek- It helps in balancing the sugar levels and can be soaked in water overnight and consumed on an empty stomach the next morning.

Coconut- Coconut is a good breakfast option for people with diabetes. Coconut has a low glycemic index, which keeps the sugar level in the blood of the body low. It keeps you from feeling hungry for a long time and provides you with readiness.
