How will Rahul Gandhi unite the country by supporting Kashmiri leaders who give anti-India statements?

Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra is currently a topic of discussion in political circles. This pad yatra from Kanyakumari to Kashmir faced more controversies than fame. Such controversies which completely changed the meaning of this yatra, the faces involved in this yatra made this yatra a journey of controversies. The relations of the leaders who participated in the yatra have been linked to one or the other controversy. The passengers who participated in this yatra have been seen less in uniting the country and more in conspiracies to break the country. Bharat Jodo Yatra is in its last leg and will conclude in Kashmir. Even in the last days of the yatra, Gupkar Alliance surrounded by allegations of anti-national activities has also participated in this yatra. This is the organization which has been openly lobbying for China and Pakistan and has been supporting terrorists and Pakistanis to carry forward the legacy of their family. Mehbooba Mufti is also included in the secret alliance, the same Mehbooba Mufti who opposes the removal of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir and used to say that no one will be left to raise the national flag in Kashmir. But now Mufti camp is also going to hoist the tricolor in the yatra in the desire to get power in opportunism?

When one-third of Kashmir was occupied by Pakistan and Article 370 was implemented, all these incidents happened when Jawaharlal Nehru was the Prime Minister, but to save his political dignity, he kept silent. Perhaps this is the reason why, till now, the Congress could not clarify its opinion regarding Jammu and Kashmir. Rahul Gandhi is also seeking support from Farooq Abdullah, son of former chief minister Sheikh Abdullah, for the Bharat Jodo Yatra in Jammu and Kashmir to garner crowds for his visit. This is the same Sheikh Abdullah who was accused of massacring Kashmiri Pandits during his speech at Tragapura in 1931. Sheikh Abdullah in his speech instigated the Muslim Conference and the Muslims of the valley towards the Hindus. Congress and Sheikh Abdullah have an old relationship, in 1975 there was an agreement between Sheikh Abdullah and the then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi, in which Sheikh Abdullah was made the Chief Minister with the support of Indira Gandhi, while at that time Sheikh Abdullah did not even have a single seat in the state assembly. Was not an MLA. Going forward, in the year 1989-90, when the situation in Jammu and Kashmir worsened and the massacre of Kashmiri Hindus started in Srinagar, Farooq Abdullah resigned from the post of Chief Minister and fled abroad with his family.

It is also mentioned in the book ‘My Frozen Turbulence in Kashmir’ written by the then Governor Mr. Jagmohan Singh that Farooq Abdullah was not serious about the appalling situation in Jammu and Kashmir, about which he wrote two letters to former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi. Was informed about this. Along with this, it has also been mentioned that the then Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi’s attention was not towards improving the situation in Kashmir but towards the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. In any case, in the struggle to come to power, the issue of Kashmir was ignored. From all these things, it can be inferred that the separatist leaders of Jammu and Kashmir, who have given evidence of anti-national thinking from time to time, the old history and political history of the Congress of taking and supporting such leaders. It has been a tradition, which is being followed by Rahul Gandhi, following Jawaharlal Nehru, Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi. Now the question is arising as to why the strings of the Congress are always linked to the leaders having anti-India mentality? Is it a part of politics or the influence of Congress ideology? The public is asking this question to Rahul Gandhi after Farooq Abdullah joined the Bharat Jodo Yatra of the Congress.

This visit of Congress has become a clan of leaders giving anti-India statements while talking about uniting India. With this visit, Congress and separatist leaders are trying to find their lost political background. After all, the yatra which was being seen as the second inning of Rahul Gandhi’s political career is now mired in controversies and questions. The organization and ideology for which the public sent the Congress to political exile, the Congress is chanting to unite India by taking along those parties. There is a saying that ‘the enemy of the enemy is a friend’ and the Congress, taking forward the same thinking, has sided with the anti-national forces to keep the opposition to the BJP alive. There was no visible main agenda of this yatra, but this yatra was limited only to the search for the existence of the Congress. The Congress seems to have failed in its attempt to win back the lost base through the yatra.

Changing the purpose of this yatra from state to state has also been a reason for confusion among the public. In the states where the Congress was in power, the meaning of the yatra changed, Rahul Gandhi appeared soft in those states and was seen tying bundles of praise to the state government more than the problems there. After all, the faith of the public has also decreased due to changing the meaning and basis of the journey at every stage. There have been many changes in Jammu and Kashmir after the removal of Article 370, there is an atmosphere of political instability in Jammu and Kashmir with the arrival of this Yatra, so far people of different ideologies have now come on one platform. Taking along the scattered opposition, the Congress is looking for a way to return to power for itself in the upcoming elections. The participation of the leaders who gave anti-India statements in this yatra shows that Congress is ready to join hands with anyone in its longing for power.
