Rent demand increased in top seven cities
Anuj Puri, Chairman of Anarock Group, said – During the year 2022, there was a significant increase in the rent. Rental demand has increased in the top seven cities after two years of decline during the Kovid-19 pandemic. Most of the companies are calling all their employees back to the office including hybrid mode. He said that the rental demand will continue to increase in 2023 as well.
