New Delhi. Country’s largest carrier IndiGo will launch direct flights to six new destinations in Africa and Central Asia this year, including Nairobi, Tbilisi and Tashkent. Launching massive international expansion plans, the company said it will connect Mumbai with direct flights to Nairobi in Kenya and Jakarta in Indonesia by late July or early August.
Delhi will be connected by direct flights to Tbilisi (Georgia) and Baku (Azerbaijan) in August, Tashkent (Uzbekistan) and Almaty (Kazakhstan) in September, IndiGo said in a statement on Friday. After the commencement of these flights, IndiGo will connect a total of 32 international destinations through its operations.
