The company’s shares are going to be listed on the SME Board of the National Stock Exchange. The IPO is a book-built issue of ₹40.68 crore and a fresh issue of entirely 51.49 lakh shares. The price band of Zenith Drugs IPO has been set at ₹75 to ₹79 per share. Greatex Corporate Services Ltd is the book running lead manager of the Zenith Drugs IPO, while BigShares Services Pvt Ltd is the registrar to the issue. The market maker for the issue is Greatex Share Broking.
Deem Roll Tech Limited
Deem Roll Tech IPO will open for subscription on 20th February and will close on 22nd February. The SME Board of the National Stock Exchange will list the IPO. The IPO is an issue of ₹29.26 crore and is a fresh issue of a total of 22.68 lakh shares. The price of Deem Roll Tech IPO is ₹129 per share. Sadhav Shipping Limited
Subscription for Sadhav Shipping’s IPO has been opened from 23rd February to 27th February. The IPO is an issue of ₹38.18 crore. There is a fresh issue of altogether 40.19 lakh shares. Sadhav Shipping IPO price is ₹95 per share. One lot of IPO will include 1200 shares. This means that the investor will have to invest at least Rs 1.14 lakh in it. The listing of the company’s shares is going to happen on the SME Board of the National Stock Exchange on March 1. There is a lot of movement in the gray market regarding this.
