This deal was completed at a time when Adani Group was accused of manipulation of Hindenburg report, due to which Adani Group’s shares registered a huge fall. However, Israel is unconcerned by this.
Israel trusts Indian businessmen: Nir Barkat
Nir Barkat said in a special conversation with news agency ANI that Israel has given permission to an Indian company to acquire one of the two Israeli ports. He said that this is proof that we trust Indian businessmen. We have faith in the Government of India. I would like to welcome more investors to invest in Israel. Nir Barkat said that investing is a win-win situation for both India and Israel. This is a good thing considering the interests of both the countries.
Adani Group partners with Israel’s Gadot Group
Let us tell that Adani Group has partnered with Israel’s Gadot Group. In this way, Adani has acquired the right to buy 100 percent shares of Haifa Port Company Limited. It is noteworthy that Israel’s Haifa Port is the country’s second largest port in terms of shipping containers. It is the largest port in shipping tourist cruise ships. Earlier this month, Ron Malka, former Israeli ambassador to India, was appointed as the executive chairman of the Haifa Port, owned by the Adani Group and its Israeli partner Gadot Group.
