Shahrukh Khan’s film Jawan is continuously performing well at the box office and is breaking records one after the other across the world.
This film directed by Atlee has now broken another record at the worldwide box office by becoming the first Hindi film in the history of Indian cinema to cross the Rs 1100 crore mark worldwide.
This makes Jawan the highest-grossing Indian film of 2023. Shahrukh Khan’s manager Pooja Dadlani shared a post on Instagram.
In which it was told that Jawan has now crossed the mark of Rs 1100 crore worldwide and has become the first Hindi film to do so. The earning of the soldier shared in the post has now reached Rs 1103.27 crore. Whereas in India it has earned Rs 619.92 crores.
With earnings of Rs 587 crore in 23 days, Jawan is the highest grossing Hindi film of this year. It has already beaten the Indian collections of Gadar 2 and Pathan.
Jawan was released in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu languages. It grossed ₹80.1 crore across all languages on its first Sunday in theaters in India.
Shahrukh Khan plays the double role of Vikram Rathore and his son Azad in Jawan. Deepika Padukone has a special appearance in the film. Nayanthara is debuting in Hindi with this film.
Vijay Sethupathi plays the villain in the film, which also stars Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra, Sunil Grover, Riddhi Dogra, Sanjeeta Bhattacharya, Girija Oak, Lehar Khan and Alia Qureshi.
