Jharkhand RERA chairman Ranjit Kumar Chowdhary told PTI, “In a first such action in Jharkhand, we have arrested M/s Rebloon Impex and three of its subsidiaries for not registering with Jharkhand RERA despite a court order three years ago and for violating various norms. Partners – Dharmendra Kumar Dheeraj, Rajesh Kumar and Shashikant Singh have been blacklisted.” Jharkhand RERA member Birendra Bhushan said the authority is committed to ensure justice to buyers and had to take the step of blacklisting the company as a last resort.
Chowdhary said, “A total of 18 complaints were filed against the company and its three partners, out of which orders have been issued in 17 cases. The first case was disposed of in December, 2019, in which the firm was fined Rs five lakh for failing to register RERA within two weeks. After this, notices were sent to him for repeated violations and finally the company and its partners were blacklisted.
