New Delhi: The Khadi Village Industries Commission (KVIC) on Wednesday announced the launch of first-ever sale of ‘Khadi Rakhi’ to tap into the spirit of indigenous and self-reliant India on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan. KVIC Chairman Manoj Kumar unveiled several sets of multi-colored and multi-dimensional khadi defense threads prepared at 20 locations across the country at a special function organized at the capital’s famous Khadi Bhawan in Connaught Place here.
