1. First of all cut the onion in waxy shape.
2. Then cut green chilies, green coriander and keep it.
3. Take paneer and grate it well.
4. Pour oil in a pan and add onion and fry it.
5. Take out the fried onions in a bowl.
6. Put curd in a bowl and whisk it well.
7. Grate cheese and mix in curd. After this add fried onions, bread crumbs to it.
8. Add chopped bread crumbs and cashews to the mixture. Add coriander leaves, green chilies, red chilies, garam masala and sugar.
9. Mix all the ingredients and prepare a mixture. Take the mixture in your hands and make tikkis. 10. Dip each kebab in bread crumbs and wrap it around and keep it in a separate plate.
11. Pour oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame.
12. After heating, put the prepared kebabs in it and fry them.
13. Take out the kebabs after they turn brown. Your Tasty Dahi Kebab is ready. Serve with tomato sauce or chutney.
