Make Veg Lollipop for Kids in a pinch

Veg Lollipops is an Indo Chinese dish made with vegetables and sausages. Usually children are very picky about eating vegetables. Nowadays, children are more interested in eating pizza, burger, noodles and pasta instead of nutritious things. Mashed boiled potatoes – 2
Finely chopped onions – 2
Peas – 2 tbsp
Finely chopped capsicum – 1
– any carrot – 1
Frozen or fresh corn – 2 tbsp
Kashmiri red chili powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt as per taste
– Dry mango powder – 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp
– Finely chopped coriander – 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
Bread Crumbs – 1/4 cup
– Flour – 2 tbsp
– Corn flour – 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Water – 1/2 cup
Enough oil for frying
Method:
Mix all the vegetables and spices except bread crumbs, refined flour, oil, water and cornflour in a large bowl and mix well. Now prepare a mixture of lollipop by adding cornflour, bread crumbs, and water to it. Dissolve the flour in 2 tbsp water. Flatten a little of the prepared mixture by placing it on the palm. Put an ice cream stick in it and dip it in flour solution and fry in hot oil on medium flame till it becomes golden or bake in microwave at 180 degree for 12 to 15 minutes. Serve ready lollipops with tomato sauce or mayonnaise.
