The main reason for the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh being strong in spite of heavy opposition and influencing the social life of India as well as Indian politics is their nationalist ideology. Addressing the Sangh workers on January 26, what the two heads of the Sangh dedicated to the country’s unity and integrity and country’s history and culture said, clarifies the Sangh’s ideology. On the auspicious occasion of 74th Republic Day, Sangh chief Dr. Mohan Bhagwat hoisted the flag at Keshav Vidya Peeth Jamdoli in Jaipur and said in his message that we should not forget that freedom is for all, if I am free then the person in front is also free. Is. Respecting and protecting each other’s freedom is what makes us great. Dr. Mohan Bhagwat also remembered Dr. Ambedkar and said that on every Republic Day that message of Ambedkar must also be read, in which he had written that there is no restriction now, the British have also gone away, now we also have to keep our mind We have to expand and break all those shackles which keep pulling us back again and again. To make the republic great, everyone has to be respected.

He further said that if the knowledge of the people is not in the right direction then it is fatal. He said that knowledge causes conflict and power causes the weak to suffer. That’s why it is necessary that the direction of knowledge and power is right. Talking about the colors of the national flag, he said that the saffron color represents the nature of India, which is a symbol of eternal life. This color coincides with the color of the rising sun, which is a symbol of continuous work. This color inspires man to wake up and be active in his work. This color is a symbol of knowledge, sacrifice and hard work. It is our resolve that by breaking the chains of slavery, we will make our country a country of the wise, a country of people who are constantly active in the interest of the world. To achieve this goal, we Indians need to make continuous efforts. He said that the white color present in the tricolor is a symbol of purity. The people of the country have to fill themselves with inner and outer (external) purity because those who are pure from inside never wish ill for anyone. He always wants to do well. There is no separation in the mind of good people towards others. With a pure mind, pious behavior and considering everyone as our own, we will get prosperity everywhere. He said that green color is a symbol of prosperity and Goddess Lakshmi.

Bhagwat said that on the occasion of Republic Day, people should read BR Ambedkar’s speech in the Parliament dedicating the Constitution made after the full consideration of the Constituent Assembly. He told us what is our duty. Mohan Bhagwat further said, Baba Saheb said that our country became slaves because we kept fighting with each other. If we want to bring freedom and equality together, then we should bring brotherhood in the country. That’s why the word fraternity has been used along with liberty and equality in our constitution. He said, Baba Saheb says that brotherhood has to be established in the whole country. He also said, people should take a pledge that how far we will go from this Republic Day to the next Republic Day, we should take a pledge and try to fulfill it.
At the Republic Day celebrations organized on the Amrit Mahotsav of the country’s independence in Jalandhar, Sangh’s Sarkaryavah Dattatreya Hosabale said that India will have to be ahead for the welfare of the world, but India itself will also have to be ready for that, because only India has the resources for the welfare of the world. It is the idea by which all the problems of the world can be solved. For this, the Sarkaryavah of the Sangh called upon all the countrymen including the Swayamsevaks to get involved in the work of nation building. Emphasizing on the unity of the country, he said that the Sangh believes that in our country all religions, sects, different language-speaking provinces, people, we all together are one family and country. Untouchability of any kind has no place among us. By establishing such a feeling in the society, we have to awaken the feeling of harmony and harmony in the society. If someone’s language is different from someone’s, someone’s creed is different from someone’s, then there is no point in fighting because of this. Culturally we are all the same. Swayamsevaks have to strive to bring harmony and harmony in the society by associating only with the people of the society, but it has to start with themselves so that they can inspire others with their conduct. Dattatreya Hosabale called upon the young generation to accept this challenge while emphasizing on making the established republic a merit-based system in the country. He said that maintaining independence and restoring the ancient glory of the country was as important a task as achieving independence. He said that India is a democratic-democratic republic, it does not mean only elections. Election is a part of democracy but the concept of democracy in the constitution is not only to choose our leader by participating in elections but it is a matter of democracy in life. The vision of liberty, equality, fraternity and justice enshrined in our constitution should be realised.

The ideology of the Sangh can be understood from the above views expressed by the two heads of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. Those opposing the Sangh have been opposing just for the sake of opposing. This is the reason why a special section opposing the Sangh is not having any special effect on the general public and the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh is expanding.
