The cost of these buses is estimated to be Rs 10,000 crore. Olectra Greentech Limited was established in the year 2000. The company is engaged in manufacturing of Polymer Insulators since 2003. The company has tied up with Chinese company BYD to manufacture electric buses. This company manufactures batteries and electric vehicles. The company sells electric buses under the name Olectra BYD. Today the stock of the company opened at Rs.1299. It went up to Rs 1350 and came down to Rs 1285.60 in early trade. Currently the stock is trading at Rs 1322.40 with a gain of 2.48 per cent. Its 52 week high is Rs.1408.85 and its 52 week low is Rs.374.35.
