M3M India has over 50 projects in Delhi-NCR. The company will develop 900,000 sq ft of salable area in the three acres of land it has bought in Sector 73. For this the company will invest Rs 350 crore. It will have 550,000 sq ft for retail and 350,000 sq ft for studio apartments. Each studio apartment will be 700 to 800 feet. The company is expecting a revenue of around Rs 1200 crore from this project. The company says that this project will be completed in the next two years.
Near Jewar International Airport
The company says that this land is close to the Jewar airport. Around it are companies like TCS, HCL Tech, DS Group, Adobe, Wipro, Panasonic and Medanta Hospital. In the coming days, Ikea is also preparing to open a store here. There are schools, malls, education institutes and metro facilities around it. The company recently bought 13 acres of land in Noida Sector 94 for Rs 1,200 crore. Rs 1500 crore will be invested in this. The company had recently promised an investment of Rs 7500 crore at the UP Global Investors Summit.
