Now is the time to ban Halal certified products across the country

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, taking a historic decision to protect the faith of Sanatan Hindu Samaj, has imposed a complete ban on the sale of Halal certified products in the state. Since then, the teams of Food Safety and Drug Administration and ATS of the state have become active, raids are going on in the entire state and a huge quantity of illegally certified Halal products have also been seized, due to which illegal Halal products have been sold. There has been a stir among the gangs and organizations involved in the dirty business of certification, while all the opposition parties including Samajwadi Party, Bahujan Samajwadi Party and Congress are seen using it to sharpen their Muslim appeasement policy.

According to an estimate, the illegal business of Halal certification is worth more than Rs 3000 crore and this money is being misused to help anti-national activities and terrorist organizations. The business of Halal certification is running not only in Uttar Pradesh but all over India and this business came to India in 1974 as part of a nefarious conspiracy. The process of Halal certification is against the one country, two legislatures and constitutional values.

In order to completely stop this illegal business of Halal certification, the state government has registered an FIR against various organizations on the complaint of Shailendra Kumar Sharma in Hazratganj Kotwali, Lucknow, which include Halal India Private Limited Chennai, Jamiat Ulema Hind Halal Trust Delhi and Lucknow, Halal Council of India Mumbai and some other companies. A large quantity of food products from India are exported to Gulf countries like Singapore, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Qatar etc. and many international markets where there is a large Islamic population. In such a situation, most of the companies in the country get Halal certification done for their products. Unfortunately, there is no government company for Halal certification in India due to which these fraud companies are successful in doing unfair and illegal business. They are earning huge money and using it against the country. These companies are suspected to have links with different terrorist organizations.

The ban on Halal certified products in Uttar Pradesh has started a nationwide debate on this very serious and dangerous issue. People supporting the ban on Halal products are saying that this illegal business should be banned all over India. It is also true that the ban on Halal products will be effective only when it is banned in all the states of the country and by making a strict law on certification, this work of certification for export is given to a national institute.

People supporting Halal are repeatedly invoking the Constitution, but perhaps these people do not know that the Government of India has its own Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) since independence. Supporting the steps of the UP government, Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said that government agencies should find out what kind of chemical additives, artificial and harmful elements are present in food products. He said government bodies should have the authority to certify which food is of quality for people’s consumption. Those opposing the action against illegal Halal certification are calling this illegal act as constitutional during the debates, claiming that we are paying GST and they believe that action against Halal certified products may increase inflation. , Unemployment may increase, there may be a crisis of food products in the markets, etc. It is also being argued in favor of Halal certified products that it is a matter of religion and faith for the Muslim society. Even if it is accepted that Halal certification is a matter of religion and faith for the Muslim society, then why should a large section of the Hindu society, who remains a complete vegetarian on the occasion of fast and fasting, be affected by their faith by selling Halal certified food items? Being hurt?

People involved in the scam of Halal certification of various products are making false claims under the guise of false facts like religious constitution, which have nothing to do with the beliefs and beliefs of various religions including Sanatan Hindus, Sikhs, Jains, Buddhists etc. These people believe only in a particular religion. Apart from festivals like Navratri, Haritalika, Chhath, Karva Chauth, Hindus observe regular fasts like fasting on any day of the week or on any date like Ekadashi, Pradosh, Purnima etc. and they get Halal certified rock salt. Halal has started being written on the packets of milk and milk products. Halal certification of even soap and shampoo is being done.

Actually, only non-vegetarian food comes under the scope of Halal, there is a special painful process of animal slaughter for Halal meat, but the people doing the business of certification gradually included cosmetics and medicines also which include animal blood, fat, meat, alcohol. etc. are used. Then, fooling the people, the scope of Halal products was extended to vegetarian products and pulses, rice, flour, flour, honey, tea leaves, biscuits, spices, soap, toothpaste products were also included in it. Now only air and water are left to be declared halal and haram. In Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, this has reached its limit because here Halal printed products are being sold even on Tulsi extract, coriander powder, aloe vera juice and eye drop packing.

Complainant Shailendra Sharma says that Tulsi ji is revered as a mother in Hindu religion. Halal is written on the packaging of the extract, this has hurt the faith of crores of Hindus. Today, during the debate going on on various channels, questions are being asked to the Halal supporters that how do you make various vegetarian items including milk, pulses, rice etc. Halal and what is its method, then they do not have any answer.

Distributing invalid Halal certificates by private organizations is completely illegal and illegal. A private bill was also introduced in the Karnataka Assembly for a complete ban on Halal but it could not be passed. A petition against Halal certification is pending in the Supreme Court since the year 2020 in which it has been said that 85 percent of the population of the country is being forced to use Halal certified items against their will for 15 percent of the people, hence there is a ban on it. Should be applied. The video of his protest against giving Halal certified tea to a passenger in Vande Bharat Express during the holy month of Shravan has gone viral.

The state government has made registration mandatory for companies providing Halal certification. It is mandatory for Halal to obtain recognition from the National Accreditation Board for Certification Bodies (NABCB). According to the instructions of DGFT, the producer is allowed to export the meat only after getting the Halal certificate, but till now these companies were not following any rules while the pro-Halal spokesperson very shamelessly declared Halal certification as valid. Telling about business. It is natural that the question arises here that how milk and all the products made from it are made halal. How can flour, pulses, rice etc. be made halal?

Union Minister Giriraj Singh says that things which have no connection with Islam are being Islamized commercially. He has also demanded a ban on Halal certified products in Bihar. Uttar Pradesh government has done a very commendable work to save the faith and culture of Sanatan Hindu Samaj by banning Halal certified products and on this issue, aware housewives in every house of every Hindu Samaj have printed packets of the products used in them. Have started investigation to see if Halal is written in it. This is a very important topic of public awareness through which the nefarious designs of fundamentalist Islamic organizations can be destroyed.

Halal is an Arabic word that indicates a process in which the animal is slaughtered slowly and with extreme pain. It means lawful or what is permitted in Sharia law. This term applies to non-vegetarian food items, cosmetics, medicines etc. India has its own constitution which also protects animals. Halal process is illegal in India because Sharia law is not applicable here. If the Hindu society starts completely boycotting Halal certified products, then our cows, which are being slaughtered in lakhs, will become safe. The people supporting Halal are anti-Hindu Sanatan and supporting terrorism and the same people were recently seen supporting Hamas. Therefore, the Hindu society should wake up and if you have a Halal certified packet in your kitchen then throw it out and buy the next packet which does not have Halal certified written on it.
