According to the information, onion prices may remain elevated for about 20 days. There is a possibility that after this the customers can get onions at slightly cheaper prices. If we look at the data of the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, then on August 4, the average price of onion was around Rs 27 per kg. Onion was a maximum of Rs 60 per kg. During this, the most expensive tomato has been sold, the price of which was Rs 257 per kg. Its average price was Rs 140. According to the report, the recession season can last for 15-20 days. During this time the supply in the market may be less. The prices may also increase due to lack of supply in the market. This condition can also last for about a month, although this has not been confirmed in a concrete way.
