New Delhi (Uttam Hindu News): A man who bought a laptop worth Rs 1.13 lakh from Flipkart during the Republic Day sale has claimed that he got ‘an old useless laptop’ in return. Soro Mukherjee has shared the video on Instagram in which the delivery agent can be seen unboxing the laptop. While sharing the video, Mukherjee wrote, I ordered a brand new Asus laptop from Flipkart in this Republic Day sale and I got an old useless laptop. Never trust products ordered from online platforms.
Mukherjee ordered a black laptop, but when he opened its box it was found to be silver in colour. “I had ordered a black laptop,” he said in the video. Even the delivery agent can be heard saying in the video, “It looks used. Responding to his post on Twitter, Flipkart said, “We would never want you to get something other than what you ordered and we are extremely sorry about this incident. You can count on us. Please assist us with the order details so that we can look into it and assist you further. Awaiting your response.”
