Football Australia said its team will play the second round match against Palestine in the World Cup 2026 qualifiers on November 21 at a neutral venue in Kuwait. “Given the current situation in the region, the Asian Football Confederation has formally requested that Palestine’s home matches be played at neutral venues,” Football Australia said in a statement.
