Pankhuri said, “Gautam wanted to keep the twins private. They thought it was something only the family should know about. That’s why we didn’t tell this to anyone. But whenever someone asked me about my baby, I felt like saying baby, not babies. Gautam and I are very lucky that we are going to have twins.

Pankhuri Awasthi also told when she came to know that she was going to give birth to twins. The actress said, ‘When I was shooting in December 2022, I did the test. Then came to know that I am pregnant. But the doctor did not immediately call me for the test or scan. I kept shooting. Then I had some problem and Gautam took me and ran to the doctor. When the doctor was examining me, he told me that I have to congratulate you twice. And I said that I knew. I already felt that there would be twins.
always wanted twins
Pankhuri further said, ‘I always used to tell Gautam how great it would be if we had twins. Then I will not have to be pregnant again and will get two babies in one pregnancy. So when the doctor told me that I was going to have twins, I was very happy. I was considering myself blessed. Gautam Rode was watching the monitor and had no words.
Had a baby shower recently
Pankhuri Awasthi’s baby shower was recently attended by her and Gautam’s family members. Gautam Rode is also very happy about the twins. Pankhuri Awasthi and Gautam Rode got married on 5 February 2018. They dated each other for some time before marriage.
