The budget session had to be stormy in this way, but the big question is that how long will the highest democratic forum of the country continue to be disrupted, when will suitable eligibility for dialogue and discussion come to the fore. As if the opposition parties have taken a vow that they will not allow any session to run smoothly. He has neither given better suggestions, nor has he raised the basic issues, nor has he cooperated with the government by adopting a clean critical approach. In such a situation, the role of the opposition does not seem to be in the proper discharge of its duties and responsibilities towards the country and the government. Sloganeering in the Parliament, ruckus till the Speaker’s seat, etc. have become the favorite pastime of the opposition. For this reason, even the Speaker of the Lok Sabha has to say that ‘the public is watching everything’. Be it the Hindenburg Report or the Uniform Civil Code, the opposition’s aggressive attitude and ruckus does not seem appropriate. He should improve his image. Persistent parliamentary obstruction is weakening democracy. In a democracy, measures like parliamentary obstruction cannot solve any problem. Today’s opposition leadership is ignorant of the knowledge of this fundamental truth and principle. The fascination of power, the fascination of votes, the increasing supremacy of Narendra Modi has probably kidnapped his conscience. Somewhere someone himself has ridden a lion and somewhere a mongoose has caught a snake. He is not able to get down from a lion, nor is he able to let go of a snake. This situation is harmful for the country.

Ever since the BJP government under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi came to power in the country, the opposition is on a rampage. There is no national interest in the voices of his protest, it is self-interest. Ever since the Hindenburg survey regarding the Adani group has come, the opposition has created ruckus to target the government. Opposition parties demand that the government should answer in this matter. Due to this uproar, the budget session of the Parliament had to be postponed several times. Work interrupted. Although the Adani group is continuously engaged in clarifying and improving its position in this matter, the shares of its companies in the stock market are continuously trending downwards. An atmosphere should be created for healthy discussion on this issue, instead of creating ruckus, the Parliament of the country should be made indolent and lethargic.

Without any reason, the agitated opposition is not allowing the proceedings of the Parliament to go on. In fact, Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s credibility has increased so much in the world that the opposition is nervous, LIC and State Bank have only nominal investment in Adani group, so it is absolutely impossible for these two public institutions to sink. But despite knowing the truth, the opposition is misleading the public by hiding the reality. If seen, the opposition does not have an issue to raise in the Parliament, so in desperation it is blowing up the matter. There may have been failures of the government in Adani or other matters, but the problems of the country are also many, there are many issues of development, why doesn’t the opposition discuss them. Parliamentary obstruction is not a democratic way, we lose the invaluable wealth and time-wealth of the country every moment. Which is difficult to compensate. Along with this, political values, brotherhood, harmony, loyalty to democracy, faith, compassion i.e. life values ​​are also being lost. Values ​​are not letters, they are rituals, they are conduct. An atmosphere of hysteria, mistrust, political immorality, irresponsible behaviour, repression and suspicion has arisen. There is no possibility that someone will be able to remove him soon. The situation of such uncertainty, apprehension and fear is a sign of crisis for any nation. Especially unfortunate for democracy.

On the other hand, there has been such a phobia about Uniform Civil Code in the Parliament and outside the Parliament that efforts are being made to divide the country’s politics into religions. The politics of polarization is happening fiercely in politics. It would be better if the Muslim society removes its misconceptions. Although the Indian Constitution has given freedom to everyone to follow and propagate their religion. Religions may be different but the country is one. In such a situation, it is also necessary to raise the question that how can different laws be justified according to different religions in a country, then why the ruckus? This in itself raises questions on the quality of democracy and vibrancy of the society. As there has been a positive change in the physical condition of the country with the expansion of democracy, it must have been a matter of imagination that there will be progressiveness and superiority in the level of intellectuality and style of expression. But the reality is quite different from this. There has been a decline in both the style and substance of the debate. Parliamentary debates are becoming more effective in reducing the creativity of its listeners and viewers. This is the reason why light, ludicrous, slanderous, satirical and abusive debates and uproar, which in short can be called indecent and unparliamentary, tarnish the dignity of democracy.

By adopting the unparliamentary and aggressive method of protesting, instead of meaningful debate, instead of meaningful debate, the opposition has adopted the method of blocking the Parliament, the dignity and dignity of democracy. Getting wired. Constructive debate can take place in the Parliament only when both sides have the ability to listen to each other’s views peacefully and raise their questions after the other has finished. Debate cannot mean bickering, sparring, recriminations or starting your speech during the speech of the other. This spoils the atmosphere of the Parliament.

The opposition can not only strengthen itself by raising strong issues, showing decency and decency, but can also become the confidant of innumerable public, but it is ironic that this is not happening. By obstructing the functioning of the Parliament, the opposition is not only proving itself weak but is also undermining the very foundation of Indian democracy. It would have been better if he used the Parliament to ask sharp questions to the government, find out the excesses of the government in the Adani issue, expose the failure of the government on issues related to the general public, engage in meaningful debate on empowering the policies of the government . He has no dearth of issues for this. Especially on many issues like chaos, unemployment, India-China dispute, caste census, rising inflation, falling law and order etc., the opposition would have made itself feel responsible through meaningful parliamentary debates. The opposition should have surrounded the government on these issues. It is also the responsibility of the opposition to keep the dignity of the House intact. The Lok Sabha is not just a beautiful building resting on a few pillars, it is the heartbeat of 1.3 billion people. Every minute of it should be put to good use. There should be no noise, slogans and misbehavior, obstruction should not be created. Being like this proves costly for the poor people and the country from every point of view.
