Baba Ramdev, head of Patanjali Group, while addressing a press conference today, said that the group aims to increase its turnover to one lakh crore rupees in the next five years. Baba Ramdev said today that the plan to reach every consumer group is underway to achieve this goal. He said that the group company Patanjali Foods (formerly Ruchi Soya) will play an important role in achieving this goal. Its turnover has been targeted to be Rs 45,000-50,000 crore in the next five years.

Patanjali Group set its target

Baba Ramdev said that our target is to take the business of Patanjali group to one lakh crore rupees in the next five years. It also intends to take the business of its listed company Patanjali Foods to Rs 50,000 crore. He said that the business of Patanjali group has reached around Rs 45,000 crore and it has now left many multinational companies behind.

The company will launch cheap products for the middle class

Baba Ramdev said that the group has been offering affordable products through Patanjali Ayurveda and now through Patanjali Foods, it will also introduce products keeping in mind the emerging upper-middle class. He said that the reach of the group has been reached to about two billion people in about 200 countries of the world.

Nutrela Sports Launch

It may be known that Baba Ramdev’s company Patanjali Foods Limited has launched many of its new products today. The company has launched many products of nutraceuticals, health biscuits, nutrela millet based products and premium dry fruits. Not only this, the company has also launched Nutrela Sports for people involved in sports. Sports drinks, vitamins and mineral supplements have been launched in this series.
