IndusInd Bank , TCS and Power Grid Corporation of India were the top gainers on Sensex today. Whereas Tech Mahindra, Bharti Airtel, Tata Motors were the top losers of the market. Talking about Adani stocks, Adani Power, Adani Green Energy and Adani Transmission have hit the lower circuit with a decline of 5 per cent each. There has been a decline in the power and utilities sectors. BSE Matters has emerged as the best performing sector. Its shares have seen an increase due to the rise in shares of Hindalco Industries and APL Apollo Tubes Limited.

IFB Agro Industries Ltd has been the top BSE Smallcap gainer in the Border Index. Shares of IFB Argo Industries have gained 14%. Apart from this, heavy buying has been seen in the shares of Mangalam Organics Ltd and Dilip Buildcon Ltd. Today these penny stocks are locked in the upper circuit.
