Shares of Mahindra & Mahindra attracted investors with gains of around 2.5%. Swaraj Tractors, a unit of the Mahindra Group and the fastest expanding tractor brand in the country, has launched a compact lightweight tractor range named ‘Swaraj Target’, the company announced.
Today, 2,316 scrips advanced and 1,029 scrips declined on the BSE. At the same time, the advance-decline ratio remained strongly in favor of the advancing stocks. Shares of BSE top smallcap gainer Hi-Tech Gears Ltd jumped over 15%, touching a 52-week high, on the BSE. Indo Rama Synthetics (India) Ltd. and Talbros Automotive Components Ltd. also saw heavy buying.
