Whereas, in Mumbai petrol is being sold at Rs 104.21 per liter and diesel at Rs 92.15 and in Kolkata petrol is being sold at Rs 103.94 and diesel at Rs 90.76. In Chennai, there has been a relief of 10 paise in the price of petrol and 09 paise in the price of diesel. Today petrol is available here at Rs 100.75 a liter and diesel at Rs 92.33 a litre.

Situation in other states of the country
An increase of 35 paise is being seen in the price of petrol in Patna, the capital of Bihar. After this, petrol is being sold here at Rs 105.53 per litre. Whereas, the price of diesel has increased by 33 paise to Rs 92.37 per litre. Minor changes are being seen in the prices of petrol and diesel in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh. Today the price of petrol is Rs 94.66 per litre, while diesel is being sold at Rs 87.78 per litre. People have got a relief of 20 paise in the price of petrol in Gurugram, Haryana. Here petrol is being sold at Rs 94.91 per liter and diesel has become costlier by 19 paise at Rs 87.77 per litre.
