Jaipur. Rajasthan Petroleum Dealers Association has announced to go on strike from 6 am on Sunday for reducing VAT on petrol and diesel and other demands. According to a statement of the association, this strike is due to the Rajasthan government not reducing VAT on petrol and diesel despite the guarantee of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, oil companies not increasing dealer commission for the last seven years and forced supply of lube oil and premium products. Association President Rajendra Singh Bhati said that the meeting of his organization was held through video conference on Friday. In this, it was decided to go on a statewide strike regarding the above demands of petroleum dealers. He told that the strike will start from 6 am on March 10 and will continue till 6.00 am on March 12. Bhati said that no petroleum dealer in the state will buy or sell anything during the strike. Also, a silent rally will be taken out from Statue Circle of Jaipur to Secretariat on Monday at 12.00 noon.
