PhonePe links Rs 2 lakh credit card with UPI

New Delhi (Best Hindu News): Digital payments app PhonePe has become the first digital payment app to link Rs 2 lakh credit card with Unified Payments Interface (UPI).
In addition, PhonePe has also processed a total payment value of Rs 150 crore through RuPay Credit on UPI, the company said in a statement released here today.
PhonePe aims to provide the widest range of facilities for RuPay Credit on UPI, for maximum usage by both customers and merchants. PhonePe is already providing the facility to use RuPay Credit Cards on UPI, at over 12 million merchant outlets in the country. This has given PhonePe deep penetration in the credit card ecosystem, amongst merchants. Due to the widespread use of UPI, it has been ensured that customers have the convenience of using their RuPay Credit Card for transactions anywhere and anytime. PhonePe is providing the necessary features on the PhonePe app to make it easier for customers to transact. PhonePe also continuously sends such information to the consumers so that the details of the facilities are easily understood.
