This film is being directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, director of Animal, which earned more than Rs 900 crore last year. It is being said that this union of actor and director is preparing to give another one thousand crore film at the box office. Vanga is working on three films these days. One of them is Animal Park, the sequel to Animal, in which he will once again work with Ranbir Kapoor, the other film is Spirit, starring Prabhas and for the third untitled film, he has joined hands with Allu Arjun. Now according to the news coming in, Animal fame Rashmika Mandanna has entered Prabhas starrer Spirit. Its budget is said to be Rs 400 crore, four times more than that of ‘Animal’.

Sandeep Reddy Vanga is planning to make ‘Spirit’ on a big scale. After ‘Animal’ he is not ready to take any kind of risk. Meanwhile, the news of Rashmika Mandanna’s entry in the film has come to light. According to media reports, he has been approached for the picture. This will be the first time that Prabhas and Rashmika Mandanna will be seen working together on the big screen.

Till now no announcement has been made by Rashmika Mandanna, Prabhas or the director regarding ‘Spirit’. But two names were being discussed for a long time opposite Prabhas in the picture. Apart from Rashmika, the other name that was coming up was that of Kiara Advani. But in the recently published report, Rashmika is being said to be the finalist.
