Realty company Brigade will launch 10 residential projects in the current financial year

New Delhi, June 4 Real estate company Brigade Enterprises will launch 10 residential projects in Bengaluru and Chennai in the current financial year with a construction cost of about Rs 3,000 crore. Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director of the company gave this information. He informed that the company is poised to take advantage of the growing demand for residential properties. Speaking to PTI, Shankar said the company is optimistic about the country’s housing market. He said that the company is expecting 15-20 per cent growth in home sales in the current financial year 2023-24. Pavitra said, “Overall, the last financial year was very good due to good business in the accommodation and hospitality sector. The retail sector also did well and the office sector remained stable.
The Bengaluru-based company booked a record sales booking of Rs 4,109 crore in FY 2021-22, with a majority of bookings in residential and some share in commercial properties. In terms of area, sales bookings grew by 34 per cent to a record 6.3 million sq.ft. About Rs 6,000 crore is expected to be realized from the sale of the properties, he said. Pavitra said that these projects in 75.4 lakh square feet would be completed in the next four-five years and would cost Rs 3,000 crore for their construction.
