Recipe: Celebrate New Year by making ‘Spicy Vegetable Pasta’

Material,
-Pasta- 1 cup
-Onion (chopped)- 2
-Capsicum (chopped)- 1
-Tomato- 2
-Garam masala- 1 tsp
-Red chilli powder- 1/4 tsp
-Chaat masala- 1 tsp
– Mustard- 1/4 tsp
-Tomato sauce- 2 tbsp
-Green Coriander- 2 tbsp
-Pasta Masala Packet- 1
-Salt as per taste
-Oil as per requirement
Method,
- First of all, put water, salt and 2 spoons of oil in a vessel on medium flame and keep the pasta to boil.
- Meanwhile, on the other side, put oil in the pan on medium flame and keep it to heat.
- Add mustard seeds and temper it.
- Now add onion and capsicum and fry lightly.
- Then add tomato and cook until it becomes soft.
- Add pasta masala, red chili powder and salt to it.
- When the spices release oil, add tomato sauce and cook for 2 minutes.
8. Separate the pasta from water, add it to the spices, mix and cook for 2 minutes. - After the stipulated time, turn off the gas and take out the pasta.
- The pasta is ready. Add green coriander and chaat masala to it and serve.
