Method
First of all, you have to clean the pineapple and cut it. After this you have to keep it in a utensil and add sugar over it. Now you have to take a cooker and put some water in it and put the pineapple pot in it. Cook it on low flame for 20 minutes.
After this, let it cool down and then grind it very finely in the mixie and prepare the pulp of pineapple by straining it with a sieve. After this, you have to put the prepared pulp of pineapple and sugar in a pan and cook on low heat till it becomes thick.
After this, you have to bake mawa in a pan on the other side and then mix mawa in pineapple, let it thicken and bake while stirring. Now add cardamom powder, yellow color and saffron flakes to it and mix. After this, grease a plate or tray with ghee and spread this mixture in it. After it cools down, cut it and feed it.
