Tomato – 3
Butter – 2 tbsp
Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tsp
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Cumin – 1/2 tsp
Kasuri Methi – 2 tsp
Garam masala – 1/4 tsp
Cloves – 2-3
Sugar – 1 tsp
Tomato ketchup – 2 tbsp
Fresh cream – 3 tbsp
salt – as per taste

Method

To make Makhani Gravy, first of all you have to finely chop the tomatoes and onions. Prepare a paste of ginger and garlic. Now grind tomatoes, cashews, cloves and water in the mixer. After this, keep this prepared paste aside in a vessel. After this, take a nonstick pan and add butter to it and heat it. When the butter melts, add cumin seeds to it. After this, add onion, ginger-garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes.

Now add the prepared tomato paste. After this, add red chili powder, kasoori methi, sugar, garam masala and salt to the gravy, mix well and let it cook. When butter starts appearing on top of the gravy, turn off the gas and serve after adding fresh cream.
