Method
Heat 1 teaspoon ghee in a pan, and fry the makhana on medium flame and then keep the makhana aside to cool. Now peel the boiled potatoes and chop the green chillies. Now take roasted peanuts, makhana, rock salt, green chillies and chopped potatoes in a bowl. Mix the ingredients well. Add lemon juice to it and mix it to prepare fruit bhel.
