If the Chairmen of both the Houses feel that the MPs are creating ruckus to disrupt the work of the House, then they have the right to suspend the members of their respective Houses. The chairmen of Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha have used their above mentioned rights. In a democracy, it is natural to have differences of opinion and oppose government policies.

The opposition plays a strong role in the success of the parliamentary system. The truth is that a system in which the opposition has no role cannot be called democracy. And, the basis of the concept of opposition in parliamentary democracy is the political party system because in the absence of political parties neither democracy can be imagined nor is any duality of ruling party and opposition possible. On the other hand, in the absence of an effective opposition, any party system will soon collapse. Political parties should be organized on some ideological basis. He should have faith in some specific political-economic beliefs, ideals and programs with which he should go before the public and contest elections.

If you are successful and come to power, then implement your election manifesto as per the mandate received and if you are not successful and lose the elections, then continue to fight the political battle through constitutional means in and outside the Parliament for your declared principles. . The public decides which party comes to power and which becomes the opposition. Democracy is the rule of public opinion in the public interest, MPs from both the ruling and opposition parties should keep this in mind. This is in the interest of democracy, not stubbornness.
