After clicking on this link, a new page will open, after reaching which the user will have to register by clicking on depositor registration on the top left side and follow the entire process. These documents will be needed

Those applying on this portal ie investors of companies must have membership number, deposit account number, mobile number linked to Aadhaar card, passbook. If the refund amount is more than Rs 50,000, then they will also have to provide PAN card number.

Know the rules regarding PAN card

If the refund amount of an applicant is more than 50 thousand rupees, then he will have to give PAN card. If the applicant does not have a PAN card, then he will have to get a PAN card made. Without making a PAN card, the applicant will not be able to apply for this refund.

Mobile number is also required

Mobile number linked with Aadhaar card and account number linked with Aadhaar card should also be there. Registration will not be possible without these two. At the same time, no fee will have to be paid in this entire process i.e. for registration.

All information will be in only one form

If a depositor has made more than one investment, then he has to give the details of all the deposits in a single claim form. The details have to be given by uploading the certificate of deposit or copy of the passbook.

There is no option to make corrections in the form

The applicant should take care not to show any haste in filling the form. By doing this, if there is any kind of mistake in the form or there is any error in it, then it cannot be changed after the form is submitted.
