Sai Tamhankar has captured the hearts of people with the recently released film ‘Sridevi Prasanna’ and now her Netflix release ‘Bhakshak’ is also making waves. The engrossing crime thriller ‘Bhaksak’ has not only taken the lead among Netflix India titles but has also achieved the coveted number one rank. For Sai, being a part of this project has proved to be a milestone for him.

“When you make a film, we cannot predict the future of that film, people will react. But every time you try something different as an actor, you feel the energy. ‘Bhakshak’ was one of those projects. During the shoot, we felt we wanted to say something important,” says Sai.

She adds, “After the film’s release, I felt the same energy and emotions from the audience who appreciated the conversation we wanted to start with ‘Bhakak.’ We awakened something within ourselves that was either lost or Or was forgotten, and that’s what the audience has been able to relate to. It’s a matter of great pride for an actor to be a part of projects that go beyond the box office collections. I feel honoured, blessed and privileged, ”
