Schneider Electric launches Innovation Journey in 60 cities – Dainik Savera Times

New Delhi: Schneider Electric on Friday launched the Schneider Electric Innovation Journey to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the company’s operations in India. This carbon neutral journey will visit more than 60 cities in India. The objective of the visit was to inspire people to continue supporting nation building by talking about the 60 years of Schneider Electric’s journey in the country and the digitalization happening in the IoT (Internet of Things), Electricity 4.0, Energy Management and Next Generation Automation solutions space. Commitment has to be highlighted.
Speaking on the occasion, Deepak Sharma, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and General Manager (MD), Schneider Electric India, said, “Our 60 years of presence in India is a testament to our continued commitment to the progress of the country. Schneider Electric now has more than 37000 employees. There are 30 manufacturing sites in India, making it the third largest market and one of the four global hubs. I take this opportunity to wholeheartedly thank our customers, partners and employees.”

This carbon neutral journey will travel across the country to create awareness about sustainable, digital and nextgen automation solutions.” The Schneider Electric Innovation Journey aims to connect India’s citizens, corporations, farmers and institutions with the broader ecosystem. Also, by providing innovative solutions, the aim is to make climate change accessible to the people and create green warriors.
