Samajwadi Party under the leadership of Shivpal Yadav has won the second important election here. It is noteworthy that after returning to Samajwadi Party, Shivpal Yadav became active for the party for the first time during the Mainpuri Lok Sabha by-election. When the family united after forgetting their decade old rivalry with Akhilesh, SP got a huge victory in Mainpuri. Dimple Yadav reached the Lok Sabha by winning the seat vacant after the death of Mulayam. As a reward, Shivpal was made the national general secretary of SP. When Shivpal, who was part of Akhilesh’s core team, landed in Ghosi’s field to demonstrate his political ground and influence, at that time the wind was visible in favor of BJP, but unfazed by this, Shivpal campaigned from door to door and won the Mainpuri Lok Sabha seat. Like Ghosi Legislative Assembly seat also went to SP. Certainly, this victory will increase Shivpal’s influence in the party, Akhilesh will also have to accept that even today Shivpal Yadav has no break within the party in making election strategy. On the other hand, after the BJP’s defeat in Ghosi, along with the BJP, the reputation of Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party leader Om Prakash Rajbhar has also suffered a huge blow. However, it is important to know here that Ghosi assembly constituency is considered a strong stronghold of SP. In the by-election in Ghosi, Dara Singh Chauhan got the support of BJP’s allies Apna Dal (Sonelal), Nirbal Indian Shoshit Hamara Aam Dal (Nishad) party and former SP ally Suheldev Bhartiya Samaj Party, while on the other hand Samajwadi Party candidate Sudhakar Singh It was supported by constituents of the opposition coalition ‘India’, Congress, Communist Party of India-Marxist, Communist Party of India, Rashtriya Lok Dal, Aam Aadmi Party, Communist Party of India (Marxist-Leninist) (CPI-ML)-Liberation and Suheldev Swabhiman Party .

Due to the victory in Ghosi, there is an atmosphere of happiness in the INDIA alliance, while the Samajwadi Party is also proud. It is also natural for this to happen, the Samajwadi Party will continue to celebrate Ghosi’s victory till the Lok Sabha elections and try to capitalize on it. The message of this victory of SP is that of BJP, but the shocking thing is that after the defeat in Ghosi, some old leaders and grassroots workers of Bharatiya Janata Party are also trying to show mirror to BJP with suppressed tongue. The question being raised is whether it was lack of leaders within the BJP that led to a defector, Dara Singh Chouhan, being nominated. Voters have probably also rejected Dara Singh Chauhan because he has given up his ideology. Voters have tried to show the mirror to the BJP high command willingly or unwittingly that when the Yogi government with absolute majority is functioning smoothly in the state, then what is the need to repeatedly include defector leaders in the party and field them in the election field. This wastes both the public’s money and time.

However, Ghosi’s defeat has also made the BJP understand that if it has to win the electoral battle, it will have to field its own frontrunners and rely on them only. Otherwise, his outside candidates like Dara Singh Chauhan will continue to be a source of trouble for him. After the defeat of Ghosi, there can be a big change in BJP’s strategy. It is possible that now in the general elections, the BJP will join the party at the last moment and distance itself from the leaders who have got tickets.
