Stock to Watch Today: Today there are no good signals for the Indian market from the global market. At 7.45 am, Gift Nifty was down 18 points at 21043.5. It is understood that today investors are waiting for the data of jobless claims in America. Similar signals are being received from other places in Asia also. The Dow and S&P 500 fell for a third session, slipping 0.19 percent and 0.39 percent, respectively, overnight, while the Nasdaq Composite lost 0.58 percent. Asian market shares also fell as the wait for trade data from China. Japan’s The Nikkei fell more than 1 percent, leading the sector to losses. Australia’s S&P/ASX 200 and South Korea’s Kopsi fell by 0.3 percent. Meanwhile, investors will keep an eye on these shares in the market.
Adani Wilmar: Adani Group and Singapore’s Wilmar International are understood to have approached several private equity (PE) firms to sell part of their stake in their consumer-oriented joint venture, Adani Wilmar.
ircon: The government will sell 8 percent stake in IRCON International through offer-for-sale, which will open on Thursday. It plans to sell 37.6 million equity shares to non-retail investors on Thursday. If the offer is oversubscribed, the additional 4 percent stake will be sold on Friday.
Paytm: Weeks after the central bank tightened rules on consumer lending, Paytm will slow down disbursement of loans under Rs 50,000. It has been said that this could be a reduction of 50 percent.
Delta Corp: The Calcutta High Court has granted interim relief to a unit of Delta Corp in connection with payment of Rs 6,384 crore in goods and services tax shortfall. It directed that no effect will be given to any order passed by the tax authority in relation to this tax demand.
Bharti Airtel: Warburg Pincus is offering 17.5 million shares in the company at a floor price of Rs 1,005 per share through a block deal today. According to Bloomberg, it plans to raise $211 million through stake sale.
IDFC First Bank: Cloverdale Investment (Warburg Pincus) is reported today to sell 1.3 percent stake in the bank through a block deal. According to CNBC-TV18 report, the deal size is estimated to be $100 million with a floor price of Rs 85.7 per share.
Dr. Reddy’s: has entered into an exclusive collaboration with Coya Therapeutics for the development and commercialization of COYA 302, an investigational combination therapy for the treatment of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).
